General Rules
✦ Admins are Admins. Please abide by their rules and regulations.
✦ If you have an issue with someone or something, please express this to an admin. We do not want fights on the main board, please.
✦ Questions should be asked directly to admins. Feel free to mail any of the admins with your questions.
✦ Keep All Posts Clean. Proboards DOES monitor these sites, so be careful. We can't be responsible for suspensions or frozen accounts by proboards. But even on the chatbox here where there aren't any filters, you must keep all of you posts PG to PG-13. This means no graphic details of sex, violence, gore and dirty words. Such things could lead to suspension or being banned from this forum.
✦ The Staff has the Right to Change the Rules We will alert you of any major rule changes, but just be warned.
✦ Please tell us if you are leaving for a while It's perfectly alright if you are going on vacation for a while and won't be on, we understand. But please let us know so we don't take away your character.
✦ Literacy Applies Out of Character Make sure your spelling and grammar stay literate even on the general chat.
Roleplaying Rules
✦ No God Modding, Power-Playing, etc. Usual roleplaying rules. These things are for respect to other roleplayers as well as keeping everything fair and even.
✦ Literate, pretty please. This means a very minimum of one paragraph (8 to 10 sentences) per post, more for intros. Absolutely no one liners. Writer's block is very common, but even with so try and elaborate as much as you can to make a small paragraph.
✦ When speaking out of character, please use the general notice for that. (aka: OOC: , ((insert type here)) , and then BIC: when going back to roleplaying)
✦ No Mary Sues/Gary Stues Along with being annoying, Mary and Gary Sues tend to be uninteresting and boring. Please avoid them.
✦ Follow the Character Form Yes you may add and elaborate on your character, but make sure you keep the main stuff on there.
✦ You may have multiple OCs there is no limit to OCs as of now, but make sure you can handle them all!
✦ Label Your Character Posts To determine which character you are playing in a thread, please chose a different text color/font for each. Also include a relatively small picture of them at the top of the post. Maximum height is 200 pixels and maximum width is 300 pixels.
You do not have to have a picture or font, but please at least have a color and their name in a larger font above the post. It will help stop confusion and keep things organized.
✦ Tell us before you modify your character's profile Just contact an admin and we will give it a quick look over, make sure it's still following the rules.
✦ You are allowed to have your character in multiple threads at the same time But make sure you can handle all of your threads!
✦ Please use anime pictures for you character No real life pictures or cosplay.
Activity Rules
✦ Inactivity. Anyone who has not roleplayed their character in 6 weeks will lose privileges of playing their character. This means their profile forms will be deleted and PMed back to you (so you will not lose the form you worked hard on.)
This rule applies for vocaloids, utaus, and utaites only, OCs will never be deleted.
If you would like your character back, you would have to place the form you got in your PMs (or a new one) in the character applications board. From there it will pend approval.
Moral of the story: Please Don't Abandon Your Characters! If you don't have a strong interest in staying on this site, don't chose a main character! It will save us all a lot of time and hassle.
Thank you!
